Brown County Food and Hunger Network - The Food and Hunger Network is a collection of over 20 local food pantries working to ensure food sufficiency in Brown County. The food pantries work collaboratively on the Letter Carrier's food drive, the Boy Scout food drive and Feeding America food drops.

Brown County United Way - The Brown County 2-1-1 partnership is a best-practice model that serves many communities, bringing together knowledge and expertise to combine multiple databases into a single source for help.

Outreach Health Care - This program provides access to primary health care, medical case management and substance abuse/mental health referrals for homeless individuals and families. Services are free and offered at the outreach clinic at 879 Mather St. and five designated shelters in the area. Clinic hours are posted at the agencies involved. The mission is to provide access to care where there are gaps in the area’s health care delivery system. They were created to provide basic health care services and referrals for speciality care to area persons who lack health insurance. For 35 years, the N.E.W. Community Clinic has been providing quality care to the hard-working, low-income and uninsured people of Brown County.

Ecumenical Partnership for Housing (EPH) - EPH is dedicated to finding a permanent solution for homeless families in Green Bay. The're not just managing the problem; they're solving it. Through a community based collaboration between 20 area churches and The Salvation Army, homeless families receive shelter, case management, mentorship, education support and budget counseling. EPH is a comprehensive, all-encompassing program to help homeless families transition from a life of turmoil, turbulence and dependency to a life of hope, stability and self-sufficiency.

Northland Cold Storage - Northland Cold Storage is a proud team of cold storage and cold freight specialists whose passion for doing it right results in personalized, smart solutions for every customer. Northland Freight Services provides one-call convenience for pickup and delivery of your refrigerated freight and frozen freight commodities in truckload and less-than-truckload volumes. Their fleet of dedicated carriers can service all of the lower 48 states. Northland Cold Storage is headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin with refrigerated and frozen storage facilities in Green Bay and Wausau, WI and in central Nebraska.

Starting Point Day Care encourages literacy development of all age groups. They also focus on motor skills and exploration of differing environments.

The Green Bay Press-Gazette - The Green Bay Press-Gazette is one of 10 daily newspapers within Gannett Wisconsin Media that provides readers with news, information and local advertising offers when and how they want it. From email and text alerts for those on the go, to a daily newspaper delivered directly to subscribers’ homes, they provide their readers with news and information that is relevant and timely.

United Way - Everyone is exchanging and growing their gifts and strengths to assure needs are being met and the quality of life is continually being elevated for everyone. WPS - At WPS, actions are guided by a vision for the company, a mission centered on customers, values shared with local communities and clear expectations for the way they work and treat one another. Their mission is to "Provide customers with the best value in energy and related services." Their mission describes what they do and who they serve. It provides focus for everyday work and long-term direction for strategic planning.

Freedom House - Freedom House is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving all types of homeless families with children in the Green Bay/Brown County area – single moms, single dads and couples. But they don’t just provide food, clothing and shelter, until these families find a place to live, they change lives.

Golden House - Golden House is a secure place where victims of domestic abuse find compassionate, knowledgeable advocates offering confidential, individualized help. Golden House serves individuals and families of ALL ages, genders, races, sexual orientation and gender expression, with counseling, temporary shelter, 24-Hour helpline, legal assistance (restraining and harassment order filing assistance), support groups, transitional housing options, prevention education and more.

House of Hope - House of Hope provides programming, services and shelter to homeless pregnant or parenting women, aged 18 to 24 and their children. House of Hope offers a safe, supportive place where young mothers learn to become competent adults and independent, successful parents.

New Community Shelter - New Community Shelter has three primary responsibilities to the community. New Community Shelter is an Emergency Shelter for adults with a mission to provide shelter, case management, education and support services. New Community Shelter has a Transitional Living Program which allows individuals more time in a supervised apartment setting to transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency. New Community Shelter is a Community Meal Program that serves anyone from the community who is hungry. Dinner is served 365 days a year from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. and lunch is served on weekends and holidays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

St. John the Evangelist Homeless Shelter - St. John the Evangelist Homeless Shelter (SJEHS) seeks to provide night-to-night temporary emergency shelter to adult men and women. All services and assistance are offered in the context of the furtherance of human dignity with the primary goal of harm reduction during the coldest weather months of the year.
