The Salvation Army of Brown County will be hosting a Christmas in July Campaign in an attempt to help cover some of the shortfall from our 2013 Christmas Campaign. All funds raised through this campaign will be used to benefit our Social Services programs. Our iconic Red Kettles will be out and we will be hosting several special events. Join us for an event and you'll not only have a great time but you'll also provide support for those in need in our community.

Campaign Dates: Friday, July 18 through Saturday, July 26, 2014

Festival Foods
The four local Festival Foods locations have agreed to host kettles and bell ringers from Friday, July 18 through Saturday, July 26. To sign up to ring bells, please visit: www.ringbells.org. Festival Foods' clerks will also be wearing our bell ringing aprons.

Copps
The three local Copps Food Stores will host kettles and will be kicking-off the campaign by staffing all of the Copps kettle locations on July 18. Each store will challenge the other for the largest kettle collection totals for that day. Copps will also be hosting brat fries at all three locations on Friday, July 18 with the proceeds benefiting our campaign.

Chip In Challenge sponsored by Fox Communities Credit Union
There will be a driving range Chip In Challenge from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. everyday throughout the campaign at Duck Creek Golf Center. Participants make a minimum donation and receive three balls to attempt to land one into the big red kettle stationed 100 yards out. Prizes are given to those who land the ball in the kettle based on their level of donation.

Stock the Kroc
The Kroc Center is getting into the Christmas in July spirit as well with a “Stock the Kroc” Campaign. Visitors to the Kroc Center will be able to purchase mini red, white or blue stockings for $1, $2 or $3. When a stocking is purchased, it is personalized with the buyers name and hung on the windows overlooking the Aquatics Center. All funds raised through stocking sales will benefit scholarships at the Kroc Center.

Local Fox 11 personalities will be staffing our kettles for one-hour shifts throughout our Christmas in July Campaign.
