Senior Program Holiday Gathering |
In recent years,
The Salvation Army as hosted a special holiday party for seniors
held at an off-site location. It is a time for those who have few
other opportunities for Christmas celebration, when they can come
together for a party.
Residents at
senior housing complexes are invited as well as members of the general
public through news announcements. Attendance is limited, so sign-ups
are required
This party includes
a complete meal, entertainment and modest presents for those who
attend, along with the fellowship that we all like to experience
during the holidays.
